2. Product Personalisation

Our postpartum boxes are personalized based on your answers to a questionnaire. By completing the questionnaire, you confirm that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

We are not responsible for unsuitable product selection if incorrect or incomplete information is provided.

3. Orders

Once you place an order:

You will receive an order confirmation by email
Your order will be processed based on your questionnaire responses
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected misuse, fraud, or incorrect information

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in [EUR] unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be completed in full at the time of ordering through our secure payment providers.

We do not store payment card details.

5. Shipping

We ship orders to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Shipping costs:

Shipping costs are not included in the product price
Shipping costs are calculated and added to the order based on the delivery address and location
The final shipping cost will be shown at checkout before payment is completed

Delivery responsibility:

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier or delivery partner, we are no longer responsible for delays, loss, or damage during transit.

However, we will do our best to support you in resolving any issues with the carrier where possible.
